Offering a Residential Care Facility (RCF) level of care, Secret Gardens is designed to provide comfort and support for our residents. Our facility is DMH licensed, ensuring that we meet high standards of care.

With 10 general beds available, we maintain an intimate setting that allows for personalized attention and a strong sense of community. While we currently do not offer specialized Alzheimer’s care units, our dedicated staff is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.
