Although the facility is currently closed, it previously provided 50 general beds designed to cater to individuals seeking daytime support and socialization. Residents enjoyed a variety of structured activities within this nurturing setting, aimed at enhancing their wellbeing and fostering connections among peers.

At Reach, the focus was on providing personalized care and support that encouraged independence and engagement. The Adult Day Program aimed to create a safe and stimulating environment to help participants thrive, with dedicated staff available to assist and ensure each individual received the attention they deserved.
